Cuban Ambassador to Seychelles participates in annual tribute to the war veterans and soldiers of the two world wars

Victoria, 10th Noverber._The Cuban Ambassador participated in the annual commemorative ceremony in honor of the fallen and veterans of Seychelles who fought in the First and Second World Wars.

The ceremony was attended by President Wavel Ramkalawan, Vice President Ahmed Afif, ministers, veterans and relatives of the fallen, as well as members of the diplomatic corps.

This commemoration is organized every year to remember those who fought for peace during both wars, while promoting the development of diplomatic ties between all nations.

The event began with a mass at St. Paul's Cathedral in Victoria, followed by the official ceremony at the Cemetery, in front of the memorial monument commemorating the victims.
