The leadership of the Pan African Movement and its fraternity in Uganda, at the occasion of the 91st anniversary of the Birthday of Comrade Fidel Castro, wishes to convey our gratitude and joy to Your Excellency, leadership and the people of Cuba. We join the socialist world in celebrating the legacy of Commandante by recalling his great contributions to the struggle against imperialism and his selfless efforts in transforming the socioeconomic status and health of the common people.
