Cuban Ambassador to Kenya, Inés Fors Fernández, paid this morning a courtesy visit to Eric Rutto, president of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI).
They agreed to identify practical actions to be taken to facilitate contacts between companies from the two countries in sectors of mutual interest.
The Cuban Ambassador hinted that both nations could collaborate on Bio- technology, Pharmaceuticals, capacity building, Agriculture, share scientific research knowledge to improve the status of both countries, holistically.
The diplomat extended an invitation to the KNCCI to attend the 43rd International Tourism Fair (FIT Cuba) 2025, scheduled from April 30 to May 3 in Havana.
The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) works to protect commercial and industrial interests of Kenyan business community and advocates for the creation of a favourable commercial, trade and investment environment that supports enterprise expansion.
