Kuala Lumpur, April 23, 2025. Cuban Ambassador Yadira Ledesma Hernández held a fruitful exchange at the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Undersecretary for International Cooperation and Development, Mr. Devrin Jeck.
This Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the rector of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP), which, together with the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs and numerous universities and institutions from the public and private sectors in Malaysia, promotes human resource training.
In the context of the fiftieth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, it was gratifying to confirm that Cuba has been able to participate in MTCP courses on numerous occasions, and that there is also potential for future exchanges.
