Cuban ambassador presents copies of his credentials

Islamabad, January 9. Ambassador Damián Cordero Torres presented copies of his credentials accrediting him as the highest representative of the Republic of Cuba in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Mr. Tipu Usman, Director of Protocol at that Institution, received him at the Pakistani Foreign Ministry.

During the brief meeting, the Cuban ambassador conveyed the heartfelt condolences of the government and people of Cuba for the victims of the terrorist attack that recently took place in the Pakistani capital, reiterating Cuba's position against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. The diplomat of the host country appreciated the gesture.
