Accra, November 20. – The delegation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), led by the Deputy Head of its Department for Social Sector Affairs, Ms. Yuneidys Imber Chaple, held an exchange with the newly elected leadership of the Association of Ghanaian Graduates in Cuba (ESBECAN).
The activity, which also served as a farewell for the delegation, took place at the Residence of Ambassador Julio E. Pujol Torres and was also attended by Mr. Julio César Sánchez Martínez, official of the Department of International Relations, and Mr. Yamil Eduardo Martínez Marrero, Second Secretary of the Embassy.
Ms. Imber Chaple briefed the “children of Cuba born in Ghana” on the current situation in the country, while expressing gratitude for the numerous expressions of solidarity received in Ghana. The “cubanitos” reiterated to the Party leader their commitment to the homeland of Fidel, for which, they affirmed, they would be willing to give their very lives.
