Organized by members of the Preveza Film Club, in the city of Preveza, located in the Epirus region of northwestern Greece, a friendship and solidarity event with Cuba was held, during which the award-winning Cuban film "Conducta" was screened.
The event, co-organized by the José Martí Cultural Association - Solidarity with Cuba, received broad and unified support from various progressive mass organizations, as well as from the Provincial Sector of the Confederation of Public Sector Employees, local unions, the Preveza Women's Association, the Peace Committee, and other organizations and institutions in the region.
The event also had the noble purpose of raising funds to support important projects related to Cuba's public health system.
The Cuban Ambassador to Greece sent a message thanking the organizers and all participants for this wonderful initiative and expressing sincere gratitude for their actions of solidarity and support for the struggle of the Cuban people.
