Castries, May 17, 2026 - The president of the Saint Lucia-Cuba Friendship Association and the Cuban ambassador to the island, Yenielys Vilma Regueiferos Linares, held a working meeting this afternoon to organize new solidarity actions with Cuba at a crucial time for our people.

Faced with a severe economic siege, exacerbated by the energy blockade and the constant threat of military aggression, all support is appreciated and welcomed by our heroic people.

The Saint Lucia-Cuba Friendship Association is celebrating its 21st anniversary this year. The organization has continuously defended the achievements of the Cuban Revolution and its legacy for Latin America, the Caribbean, and the world.
