CUBA AND ZAMBIA STRENGTHEN BILATERAL TIES IN DIPLOMATIC MEETING.
Lusaka, May 21, 2026. The Cuban Ambassador to Zambia, Marileydis Dueñas Morales, held a productive working meeting with the Permanent Secretary of Administration of the Zambian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mrs. Margaret N. Miyoba.
The meeting, held at the Zambian Foreign Ministry headquarters, was also attended by the Director of Political Affairs of the ministry, Mrs. Hellen Mkweo Chifwaila. During the session, the diplomats exchanged views and evaluated topics on the bilateral agenda, with the aim of strengthening the ties of cooperation and friendship that unite both countries.
This meeting reaffirms the shared will of Havana and Lusaka to maintain a continuous and dynamic dialogue for the benefit of both nations. (EmbacubaZambia - Cubaminrex.)
