New Plymouth, March 18, 2018. Thousands of spectators at the famous music festival WOMAD, which takes place every year in the city of New Plymouth, enjoyed the music of the Cuban diva Daymé Arocena.
The Afro - Cuban singer took a tour of the most varied and popular Cuban rhythms, standing out for a warm and lively interaction with the audience.
Her voice proved to be marvellous, reaching its climax to improvise her exaltation of love in maori language in one of the themes: Aroha!
Daymé Arocena has confirmed to be one of the best female voices of Cuba, able to encourage the more distant public through her wonderful show and compatriots to feel like being back at home, guided by their genuine Cuban style. (Embacuba NZ)
