NASSAU, 26 March 2018. - The Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs of The Bahamas, Marco Rolle, received the Ambassador of Cuba to the Bahamas, Ismara Vargas Walter, at the headquarters of this institution.
During the exchange, both parties discussed about the good state of relations between Cuba and The Bahamas and the importance of maintaining the existing cooperation in different areas. Likewise, they finalized details for the celebration of the Fifth Round of Technical Talks on Migration between Cuba and the Bahamas to take place this year in Havana.
Also was present at the meeting Vanesa Ortega Guerrero, Second Secretary of the Embassy of Cuba in The Bahamas, Jewel Major, Senior Advisor to the Office of the Attorney General and other Bahamian officials.
