Kingston, Jamaica, 10 October 2019. Members of the Board of Directors of the Cuban company Cubahidraulica visited Jamaica from October 7 to 8, an occasion that was conducive to the exchange with Senator the Honorable Pearnel Charles Jr., Minister of State at the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation; as well as with senior officials from that Ministry, the National Water Commission, the Port Authority of Jamaica and the Chamber of Commerce of the island.
The Cuban delegation and its Jamaican interlocutors discussed the possibilities of reciprocal exchange and the importance of fostering intra-regional trade.
