The Cuban ambassador, Pablo Rodríguez Vidal and the Minister-Counselor of the Embassy, Conchita Muñoz Prieto, farewell at the Vientiane airport, the delegation of the Lao People's Democratic Republic that will participate in two events in Cuba:
1. The III International Symposium "The Cuban Revolution, Genesis and Historical Development to be held from October 29 to 31 and
2. The Conference of Anti-Imperialist Solidarity in Favor of Democracy and Against Neoliberalism that will take place from November 1 to 3.
The delegation is made up of Dr. Sing Menorath, Executive Secretary of the Laos-Cuba and Cro Friendship Association. Sompanh Xiong, an official of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Central Committee of the Lao Revolutionary Popular Party, also a member of the Friendship Association.
