Esteban Lazo express condolences to Cambodia

Havana, Nov 8 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Parliament President Esteban Lazo on Saturday expressed condolences to the people and Government of Cambodia, due to human and material losses as a result of heavy rains and floods.

In letters to Samdech Akka Moha Chahrei HENG SAMRIN, president of the National Assembly, and Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei SAY CHHUM, president of the Senate of Cambodia, Lazo expressed his solidarity to the country's highest authorities and the relatives of the deceased.

The two messages were sent on behalf of Cuban parliamentarians and people, the National Assembly informed on his website.

Heavy rains and floods have hit Cambodia for more than one and a half month, killing at least 40 people and causing serious material damage.
