Cuba participates in the event "Reencounter with Mother Earth" convened by the Plurinational State of Bolivia

Friday, April 23, 2021 - The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, participated today in the high-level meeting "Reencounter with Mother Earth", convened by the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
This event is part of the celebration of the International Day of Mother Earth that is celebrated each year on April 22, and its central theme was the promotion of the need to advance in international commitments to protect the Environment and the integration of peoples from the south.
The Cuban Foreign Minister called for strengthening cooperation on climate ambition and working together to achieve full implementation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement.
