Oslo, Norway.- In a pleasant exchange at the headquarters of the Venezuelan embassy, colleagues from the Cuban diplomatic mission spoke with the member of the Red Party and active figure of the Norwegian-Cuba Friendship Association, Olaf Svorstøl.
A number of international issues were discussed during the meeting, especially the prospects for links between Norway and Latin America, highlighting the interest in working to bring of our nations closer to the Nordic country.
Olaf Svorstøl, with both Norwegian and Venezuelan heritage, confirmed his support and solidarity with the Cuban and Bolivarian Revolutions.
The occasion was conducive to pay homage to El Liberator Simon Bolivar, whose statue at the Venezuelan diplomatic mission in Oslo is for Cubans of special attention, as national hero José Martí expressed, "without shaking the dust of the road".
