Mother's Day celebrated between Cubans and Barbadians.

The Association of Cuban Residents "Martyrs of Barbados" and the Association of Friendship Barbados-Cuba held in conjunction with the Cuban Embassy the Mother's Day celebration, for which chose recreation on the beach, fraternizing for several hours of a very splendid day in the Barbadian west coast. Several dozen Cubans and their relatives and Barbadian friends tasted the food, drink and Caribbean music, crowning tribute with a symbolic flower´s handing to each of the mothers attending the celebration, while the President of the Association, Cleopas Colbert, summed up the feelings of everyone in his remarks of salutations and toast made.
