CUBAN AMBASSADOR RECEIVES THE ARCHBISHOP FORTUNATUS NWACHUKWU, APOSTOLIC NUNCIO TO ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES
The Ambassador of Cuba, Vilma Reyes Valdespino received, at her headquarters, Archbishop Fortunatus Nwachukwu, Apostolic Nuncio to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with residence in Trinidad and Tobago.
His Excellency, Mr. Nwachukwu, attended the Cuban Mission in the company of Vincentian Bishop Gerard County and Reverend Mike Steward.
CARICOM DENOUNCES THE REINFORCEMENT OF US BLOCKADE AGAINST CUBA
In light of the recent measures, announced by the United States, the Twenty-second Meeting of the Council for Foreign and Community relations (COFCOR), agreed to issue the statement, attached to the official Communiqué of its 22nd meeting (May 13-14 in Granada), in which it reiterates the firm support of the Community for the lifting of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States against Cuba.

CUBAN RESIDENTS IN SAN VICENTE AND THE GRENADINES REJECT THE ACTIVATION OF TITLE III OF THE HELMS-BURTON LAW AND THE UPSURGE OF THE U.S. BLOCKADE AGAINST CUBA
The Association of Cuban Residents in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines issued a Declaration condemning the activation of Title III of the Helms-Burton Law and the upsurge of the U.S. blockade against Cuba.
