CUBA’S DIAMOND JUBILEE

The journalist and social activist Renwick Rose, President of the Association of Friendship Saint Vincent and the Grenadines-Cuba, dedicated the first article of the year 2019 in his weekly column of the Vincentian newspaper "Searchlight," to the 60th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution, with a very important testimony about the influence of the Cuban revolutionary process in the Caribbean and in the rest of the world:

THE EMBASSY AND CUBAN COLLABORATORS IN SAINT VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES CELEBRATE THE 60th ANNIVERSARY OF THE TRIUMPH OF THE REVOLUTION

With a symbolic assault on Cuban medical personnel working in the Modern Medical Complex of Georgetown, the Embassy of Cuba in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines organized a Toast for the 60th anniversary of the triumph of the Revolution, in order to celebrate the important date.

 In her speech, Ambassador Vilma Reyes Valdespino said that the Cuban Revolution, at 60 years old, shines with dignity, a splendid maturity, to which it has arrived without giving up and without renouncing its principles, no matter how strong the winds of adversities have been.
