Lawmakers to Cuba”s fifteenth Provincial Assemblies of the People”s Power have taken office and elected their presidents and vice presidents, a step before National Parliament is constituted in April.

Cuba Hosts 3rd Congress of Researchers on Youth

More than 300 delegates from around 20 countries are registered for the 3rd International Congress of Researchers on Youth, opened today in the Cuban capital.

The main issue of the biennial event is ‘Unipolarity, globalization and youth: political actions and social transformations.’

Convened by the Cuban Center for Studies on the Youth and the Young Communist League, the meeting will be held in lectures, workshops, symposia and panels, to address 18 issues.
