Cuba participates in the 22nd Havana Film Festival in New York City

With an extensive program of activities including master classes, retrospectives, round tables, among others, the 22nd edition of the Havana Film Festival is being held in New York City from November 3 to 10.
The event, which will showcase more than 30 internationally awarded films, becomes a space for the dissemination and awarding of Latin American cinema.
The cultural event will pay tribute to Pastor Vega with the screening of "Retrato de Teresa" (1979) and "Adiós, Papi" (Aaron Vega Granados, 2021).

Cubans and friends of Cuba in The Bahamas celebrate the Cuban Culture Day

THE BAHAMAS, 22 October 2016.-The Embassy of Cuba in The Bahamas celebrated the Cuban Culture Day of the at the headquarters of the diplomatic mission in the Caribbean country.

The event started with the attendees singing the National Anthem of Cuba as a sign of the solemnity of the gathering and as an expression of Cuban identity.
