Signing of the book of condolences at the Malaysian embassy for the death on 11/9/2017 of the Sultan of Kedah, His Royal Highness Al Mu’tassimu Billahi Muhibbuddin Tuanku Al Haj Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Al-Haj Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Badlishah, who served twice as the 5th and 14th Yang DiPertuan Agong of Malaysia. BANGKOK, September 6, 2017.- The Cuban Ambassador to Thailand, Héctor Conde Almeida, was welcomed by the Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Thailand, S.E. Teerakiat Jaroensettasin, who had words of admiration for Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz.
In the cordial meeting the good path of bilateral relations was confirmed and the mutual will to continue strengthening them was reiterated, with special reference to the historical significance of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries to be celebrated in May 2018.
