Executives of Absheron Hotel Group of Azerbaijan and Embassy of Cuba exchange cooperation

The development of tourism in Cuba and the interest in continuing cooperation were some of the topics discussed in a meeting organized by executives of the Absheron Hotel Group of Azerbaijan and the Cuban Embassy in this Caucasian nation.

During the exchange, the Island's ambassador in Baku, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo, highlighted the charms of Cuba and the new projects that are being carried out to strengthen the tourism sphere.

Cuban tourism is promoted at the International Relations University of Azerbaijan.

Within the framework of the VIII International Festival of the University of International Relations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ADA), the diplomatic mission of Cuba in this Caucasian nation promoted the tourist destination of the Island among those attending the event.

The Cuban ambassador, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo, thanked the rector of the high institution and deputy minister of the Azeri chancellery, Hafiz Pashaev, for the invitation to the event.

Mongolia and Cuba work together in the fields of Tourism and the Environment.

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. April 19, 2019. The new Minister of Environment and Tourism of Mongolia, Mr. N.Tserenbat, received the Ambassador of Cuba, Raúl Delgado Concepción, at the Government Palace in a working meeting whose main objective was give continuity to the strengthening of relations in this important sector for both countries. The Cuban Ambassador updated the Minister on tourism development on the island and the challenges facing the sector today considered the engine of the current Cuban economy from the sustained increase in the arrival of tourists to Cuba.

CUBA AND AZERBAIJAN VALUE THEIR PARTICIPATIONS IN TOURISM FAIRS IN HAVANA AND BAKU

Cuba will value your participation in the XVIII International Travel and Tourism Fair of Azerbaijan that will be held from April 4-5, 2019 in Baku.
This was announced after a meeting between the Cuban ambassador, Alfredo Nieves Portuondo and the manager of the firm Iteca Caspian, Lala Huseynova.
At the meeting, both also valued the Cuban presence in this important event and the presence of Azerbaijan in FITCUBA 2019.
