Cuba sends condolences to the US for loss of life and damage caused by #HurricaneIan
Through the social network Twitter, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, conveyed the Caribbean nation's condolences to #USA for the loss of human lives and damages caused in different states by #HurricaneIan.
Rodríguez Parilla, also expressed his wishes for a speedy recovery to the regions of Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina, the hardest hit by Ian.
Cuba denounces new terrorist actions in the U.S. to destabilize the island
A Cuban television investigation on Monday provided evidence of structures financed by the United States to create disorder, chaos, and fragment unity in Cuba.
The investigation presented as an example the testimony of the accused Lázaro García, who explained the functioning of the Autodefensa del Pueblo (ADP): a guerrilla plan, formed by a War Council, which would provide logistical, financial, and media support to people in Cuba, and is presided over by the terrorist Manuel Milanés.
Colombian President reiterates that it is unjust to include Cuba on list of State Sponsors of Terrorism
The President of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, reiterated this Monday, in a press conference with the U.S. Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, that the inclusion of Cuba in the U.S. list of countries sponsoring terrorism is unjust.
"Personally, in this meeting that has just taken place I said that what has happened with Cuba is an injustice", Petro said in the meeting with the head of the U.S. diplomacy, who is visiting Colombia.
US activists call for lifting blockade to allow Cuba’s recovery
Washington, Oct 1 (Prensa Latina) U.S. activists and organizations on Saturday called on President Joe Biden to temporarily lift the genocidal and hostile blockade imposed on Cuba and also allow its full recovery after the passage of Hurricane Ian.
On Twitter, the Peoples’ Forum movement reported on the pressing statement in this Sunday’s edition of The New York Times for the end of Washington’s coercive measures and to make possible the purchase of supplies needed for Cuba´s reconstruction.
U.S. activists send solidarity support to Cuba

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez on Friday received solidarity support from US activists and representatives of progressive organizations ahead of damages caused by the passage of Hurricane Ian.
On Twitter, the Cuban foreign minister alluded the conversations with the activists, referring to uncountable human cost of the U.S. sanctions on Cuba.
