Teheran, November 26, 2017.- The Cultural Front room of the Islamic Revolution was small to accommodate all the attendees who arrived for the tribute to Commander in Chief Fidel, organized by the HOLA Friendship Association and the Embassy of Cuba to remember the leader of the Cuban Revolution on the first anniversary of his physical disappearance.
An evening full of emotions, during which an exhibition of accrets on Fidel and the Revolution was inaugurated, the result of the creation of the Iranian artist Younes Rajabi, who expressed beautiful words about the figure of the Cuban giant and about his inspiration in the proven anti-imperialism of our town.
They accompanied us in the activity, the ambassadors of Venezuela and Bolivia, together with an important part of their accredited staff, Cuban residents and numerous members of solidarity with Cuba, among whom the young people stood out.
During the ceremony, the dear friend of Cuba Abdollah Shrabi, founder of the House of Latin America HOLA and Ali Naderi, prominent journalist and solidarity activist, spoke. On the other hand, Ambassador of Cuba Alexis Bandrich moved in a tight speech the mixture of pain but at the same time of optimism and faith in the victory that leaves us the departure of Fidel as well as the reinforced commitment to continue his extraordinary work.
From early hours was opened a book of signatures in which attendees captured messages of remembrance to our Commander in Chief.
