Allow me to extend my deepest condolences for the victims of the explosion at the Saratoga hotel in Havana. Human lives are losses that cannot be compensated in any way, neither can the devastating pain of the families of those who lost their-loved ones.
I avail myself of this opportunity to kindly ask you to convey my true sympathy to the relatives of the victims, and my best wishes for a quick recovery of those who were injured in this tragedy.
