Minister of Basic and Secondary Education Pays Courtesy Visit to the Embassy of Cuba in Freetown

Freetown, December 24, 2025 – The Honorable Conrad Sackey, Minister of Basic and Secondary Education of the Republic of Sierra Leone, paid a courtesy visit to Ms. Norma Sánchez Aguila, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Sierra Leone, with the aim of further strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

During the cordial exchange, both parties agreed on the importance of establishing bilateral ties between the Cuban Minister of Education and the Minister of Basic and Secondary Education of Sierra Leone. They expressed their desire to strengthen these ties in areas of common interest, promoting the exchange of experiences and cooperation between both institutions.
