St. George`s January 9 th, 2018: Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Legal Affairs, Local Government and Affairs of Carriacou and of Little Martinique, Granada, Honorable Elvin Nimrod, received Iraida Guerrero Zúñiga, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Granada. During the meeting Minister Nimrod highlighted the excellent level achieved in bilateral relations and in particular in the training of human resources as part of the solidarity that Cuba offers to the Caribbean countries. For her part, the Cuban Ambassador, Iraida Guerrero thanked the support received by the Government and the people of Granada against the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States on Cuba and ratified the will of her country to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between Cuba and Grenada.(EmbaCuba Granada)
