Minister of Health of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Dr. Michel Darville appreciates the Cuban cooperation in his country.

Nassau, December 15, 2022. Minister of Health and Welfare of The Bahamas Dr. Michael Darville held a meeting with Cuban Ambassador Julio César González Marchante and the Chief of the Cuban Medical Brigade, Dr. Danixia Novoa Sotomayor to examine the progress of bilateral collaboration in this sector.

Dr. Darville once again thanked the support of Cuban professionals in difficult times that the country went through during the COVID 19 pandemic, and jointly outlined the perspectives to maintain and expand the current collaboration to other areas that the country needs next year. The Cuban ambassador confirmed Cuba's willingness to advance in this cooperation for the benefit of our peoples.
