Cuban Ambassador Receives a Courtesy Visit from the Chair and Vice Chair of the Parliamentary Friendship Group
Freetown, June 30, 2026. – At the Cuban Embassy in Sierra Leone, the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Norma Sánchez Águila, received a courtesy visit from the Chairwoman of the Sierra Leone–Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Group, the Honorable Ms. Veronica Kadie Sesay, and the Vice Chairwoman, the Honorable Ms. Mariama Munia Zombo.
During the cordial meeting, both sides highlighted the bonds of solidarity that unite the two nations and reaffirmed their commitment to working together to strengthen relations between their respective parliaments and establish cooperative ties.
