Sierra Leonean Minister of Technical and Higher Education Receives Cuban Ambassador

Freetown, December 8, 2025 – At the headquarters of the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education (MTHE) in Sierra Leone, the Minister of Technical and Higher Education, the Honorable Dr. Haja Ramatulai Wurie, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Ms. Norma Sánchez Águila.

In a fruitful exchange, both officials discussed opportunities for collaboration in technical and higher education, as well as their willingness to establish working exchanges and promote exchanges of delegations between the Ministries of Higher Education of both countries.
