END US AGGRESSION AND REGIME CHANGE POLICY TOWARDS CUBA
In recent days the President of the United States of America and his lieutenants in Washington continue to escalate the threat of regime change, through aggressive rhetoric and military action against Cuba. This latest threat of military aggression against Cuba is unprovoked, illegal, and a clear violation of the UN Charter and international law.
While continuously committing genocide against the Cuban people, through diabolic, coercive and spurious blockade and other collective punishment, the Trump administration in Washington, since its inception for the second time in 2025 has now embarked upon a campaign of lies, disinformation, misinformation and undeclared war against Cuba. The goal of this vicious campaign as always, is to implement regime change in Havana (Cuba) and impose a puppet regime obedient to the US, promoting Washington’s spurious agenda for recolonising Africa and as well as supporting Israel’s colonial occupation and genocide against the Palestinian people.
After destroying Libya, murdering Muammar Gadhafi and killing over two million Africans in the North African nation, the US now wants to destroy Cuba and destabilise and subjugate the whole of Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. The peace loving people of the world must stand united to condemn this blatant act of US aggression. African leaders and the civilised world must not be seen rallying their support behind the US axis in this totally unjust war and demand an immediate end to imperialist aggression towards Cuba and the Cuban people.
The US undeclared war on Cuba serves nothing except to destroy the Cuban people and wreak havoc on Cuba’s capacity to defend its people against any foreign aggression. This is genocide against the Cuban people. The US escalation of threat of aggression against Cuba is a step further to destabilise Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and by extension, to jeopardise global peace, security and stability by igniting a world war.
The New African Charter International (NACI) strongly condemns the US war rhetoric and aggression towards Cuba, and urges all governments around the world to stand united in exerting pressure to bear on the US to stop this barbarism, heinous crime and crime against humanity being unleashed on the Cuban people. The US aggressive foreign policy towards Cuba constitutes a grave violation of Cuba’s sovereignty and the UN Charter, and any attempt at implementing regime change in Havana will only inflame global tensions, destabilise the global community and have severe economic repercussions.
NACI calls on all governments to take decisive action by averting another devastating world war. The world must break from the slumber of darkness and say no to US aggression and genocide war against Cuba and the Cuban people.
It is in the interest of all Pan-Africanist, anti-imperialist, progressive and peace-loving forces globally to oppose the US drive overthrow the legitimate government of Cuba. The good people of Cuba have the right to determine their own future, even to change their government, but free from foreign intervention, war, malicious propaganda, tailored lies and collective punishment.
NACI calls on all African leaders, in particular the African Union (AU) to immediately abandon its pro-US foreign policy stance and join global efforts to stop the US aggression and the diabolic blockade against Cuba. We urge all peace-loving Africans on the continent and the diasporas and as well as the good people of the world to unite in solidarity with Cuba against this imperialist war and aggression.
God bless Cuba!
