AFRICAN UNION SUMMIT ON THE U.S BLOCKADE TO CUBA

Addis Abeba, January 29, 2018. The 30th Assembly of the Heads of State and Governments of the African Union adopted a Resolution calling to an end the U.S. blockade on Cuba.

The text included a regret of the African countries for the setback in the U.S.-Cuba relations as well as fully supported the Resolution adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on the blockade.

The 55 African member states of the A.U. expressed their solidarity with Cuba.
