Addis Ababa, October 6, 2025.- The Ambassador of Cuba to Ethiopia, Meylin Suárez Álvarez, took part in the joint inaugural session of the House of People’s Representatives (HoPR) and the House of Federation (HoF), which marks the beginning of the fifth year of the sixth parliamentary term of the African nation.
Farewell ceremony in honor of H.E. Ambassador Ayele Lire Jijamo

Addis Ababa, October 4, 2025.- The Consular Affairs Officer of the Embassy of Cuba, Natalys Dinza, together with the Education Officer of the Embassy of South Sudan in Ethiopia, Kun Riek, bid farewell at the airport to the young students Nhial Gatwech and Nyagua Elijah, who are traveling to Cuba to begin their university studies in Medicine.
