Addis Ababa, June 19, 2025.- The Ambassador of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to the African Union and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Khaled, received at the headquarters of the Diplomatic Mission the Representative of the Republic of Cuba to the African Union, Ambassador Lucas Domingo Hernández Polledo.
During the meeting, both parties held a fruitful exchange on regional and international issues of common interest, as well as on ways to strengthen multilateral cooperation within the framework of the African Union.
The meeting reaffirmed the historic bonds of friendship and solidarity that unite Algeria and Cuba, and the shared commitment to continue working for the development and integration of the African continent.
