Addis Ababa, September 6, 2023. The Ambassador of Cuba in Ethiopia, Jorge Lefebre Nicolás, held a meeting with the Minister of State of Ethiopia, Mr. Efa Muleta Boru, in which they evaluated the possibilities of cooperation between both countries in the agricultural field.
The Cuban ambassador thanked the opportunity to exchange on issues of interest in the agriculture sector and highlighted the areas with potential to initiate reciprocal cooperation.
The Cuban diplomat took the opportunity to deliver to the Minister of State the invitation to participate in the Havana Fair 2023 (FIHAV) to be held in our country next November, which would be a propitious space to evaluate the potentialities of Cuba in different sectors and learn about Cuban exportable funds, productions and services.
The Minister of State, Mr. Efa Muleta Boru, thanked the Cuban ambassador for his visit and highlighted his ministry's interest in reestablishing collaboration with Cuba in agricultural matters and the willingness to work on joint projects with Cuban entities.
