Addis Ababa, January 27, 2026.- The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the African Union, Lucas Domingo Hernández, held a cordial working meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Namibia to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the AU, Mr. Mbapeua Muvangua.
During the meeting, they discussed the excellent state of bilateral relations between the two countries, reaffirming the historic friendship and cooperation that unite Cuba and Namibia, as well as their mutual interest in continuing to strengthen ties within the framework of the African Union and in other multilateral forums.
Officials from both diplomatic missions participated in the meeting. Namibian Ambassador Veendapi Kamupingene attended and Cuba's Third Secretary, Natalys Dinza, attended.
