Addis Ababa, October 13, 2025.- The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, arrived in Addis Ababa this Sunday evening for an official visit to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Upon his arrival at Bole International Airport, the Cuban Foreign Minister was received by the Minister of State for Water and Energy, Ambassador Asfaw Dingamo, and the Deputy Director General for Europe and America of the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Mulie Tarekegn.
Representing Cuba were the Cuban Ambassador to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Meylin Suarez and the Cuban Ambassador to the African Union, Lucas Domingo Hernández.
During the day, Minister Rodríguez Parrilla will hold meetings with high-ranking officials from the Ethiopian government and the African Union Commission, within the framework of strengthening the historic ties of friendship and cooperation that unite both countries and peoples.
