The Bahamas and Cuba strengthen educational cooperation.

The Cuban ambassador Julio C. González meet at the airport Lynden Pindling in Nassau a large Bahamian delegation that travels to the Island to interview Cuban teachers to fill several dozen positions as professors at different levels of education and subjects in the country.

 

 

The teachers that are selected will start their work in the new school year next September, and will join to the 72 Cuban education collaborators who currently work in the country.

The Cuban diplomat ratified the will of our country to continue strengthening this collaboration in the education of the Bahamian people, which has already completed 20 years of uninterrupted work.
