Addis Ababa, July 1, 2025.- The Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Ethiopia, Natalys Dinza Utria, signed the book of condolences opened at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Addis Ababa, following the recent aggression by Zionist Regime that caused the loss of innocent lives, including women and children, in various cities of the Persian country.
During her visit, she conveyed, on behalf of the Cuban people and government, the deepest condolences and strong solidarity with the Iranian nation in the face of this painful tragedy.
It also reaffirmed Cuba's strong condemnation of the acts of violence that represent a dangerous escalation of the conflict in the Middle East and a flagrant violation of the United Nations Charter and International Law.
Cuba firmly rejects any attempt to undermine peace and stability in the region and maintains its stance in defense of the sovereignty, justice, and dignity of the peoples.
