Communist Parties of Cuba and Lebanon strengthen partisan ties

Cuban Ambassador Jorge León Cruz was received by Hanna Ghareb, Secretary General of the Lebanese Communist Party (PCL) and held a fraternal meeting in which they discussed the preparations for the meeting of the Working Group of the International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties (EIPCO) to be held in Beirut on June 29.

The Lebanese party leader also expressed interest in continuing to work for the development of inter-party ties between the PCL and the PCC.

The Working Group Meeting will analyze and approve the agenda of the issues to be discussed at the EIPCO annual meeting to be held in Beirut in October 2024.
