Members of the Consulate General of Cuba in Toronto participated with the Palestinian community in the beautiful activity for the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
In the event organized by the Palestinian House of Toronto, Consul General Jorge Yanier Castellanos, ratified Cuba's commitment to the just and noble cause of this people. In addition, a well-deserved tribute was paid to our eternal Commander in Chief.
Many expressions of affection were received, especially from some of the children of this people who studied in Cuba and learned to love our country and especially our Commander.
The president of the Palestinian House and the rest of that community thanked the example of struggle and solidarity of the Cuban people with the Palestinian cause. During the evening, the Palestinian families prepared traditional dishes and delighted the public with their typical dances and songs.
