Cuba and Ethiopia engage in dialogue ahead of 50 anniversary of the diplomatic relations

Addis Ababa, July 16, 2025.- The Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Cuban Embassy in Ethiopia, Natalys Dinza, met with the Director for South America and the Caribbean of the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ato. Demissew Kebede.

During the meeting, they discussed topics of bilateral interest in the context of the upcoming 50 anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cuba and Ethiopia, which is commemorated this July 18.

Both diplomats reviewed key issues on the common agenda and reaffirmed their willingness to strengthen the historic ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
