Cuba and Nigeria strengthen their bilateral ties.

Abuja, June 6th, 2023.- The Charge d'Affaires a. i. of Cuba in Nigeria, Pavel Bauzá Fusté, received Mr. Ben Okoyen, ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Cuba.

Both diplomats addressed issues of common interest regarding the Bilateral Agenda in the interest of continuing to strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation.

Cuba and Nigeria have historical cultural and cooperation relations. Diplomatic relations between the two countries will reach their 50th anniversary next year and have been highlighted by the cordial exchange in the search for points of interest that benefit the Cuban and Nigerian peoples.
