CUBA DENOUNCES THE U.S. BLOCKADE AGAINST CUBA DURING THE CENTRAL ACT IN LEBANON FOR THE 53RD ANNIVERSARY OF THE DEMOCRATIC FRONT FOR THE LIBERATION OF PALESTINE AND RATIFIES ITS UNWAVERING SUPPORT FOR THE PALESTINIAN CAUSE
On the occasion of the 53rd Anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Ambassador Jorge Leon Cruz, Enc. of Neg. a.i. in Lebanon, had the honor, along with the Ambassadors of Palestine and Algeria, to express congratulations on such memorable commemoration, chaired by Ali Faisal, Secretary General of the DFLP, who delivered the central words during the moving ceremony.
The Cuban diplomat took the opportunity to express his gratitude for the traditional solidarity support in the struggle against the US blockade against Cuba and ratified the invariable support for the cause of the Palestinian people in their right to self-determination and to have an independent and sovereign State, based on the pre-1967 borders, East Jerusalem as their capital and the return of the refugees to their homeland.
