Cuba has the full right to trade fuel with any country

Cuba has the full right to trade fuel with any country, without obstacles, conditions, or objections that violate the principles of free international trade. Likewise, every country has the right to export fuel to Cuba and to develop trade relations with it, without interference from any foreign power.
The energy embargo imposed by the US government against our country internationalizes the blockade and demonstrates its extraterritorial nature; it shows that it is not a bilateral issue; it intimidates, pressures, and extorts those who trade sovereignly with Cuba.
The latest contradictory statements from the US government on this matter are intended to create confusion in order to continue preventing fuel from entering Cuban territory.
