Up to Cuba humanitarian cargo from India.

New Delhi, November 7, 2025- A shipment of 20 tons of humanitarian aid arrived in Cuba today, sent by the government of the Republic of India following the passage of devastating hurricane Melissa through the east of the country. Our gratitude to the Government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Air Force, and the people of India for the noble gesture of solidarity in donating supplies, medical equipment and two BHISHM hospitals for the care of those affected by Hurricane Melissa in Cuba.

Ambassador Juan Carlos Marsan visits the State of Telangana in India

New Delhi, november 4th 2025- During his visit, the Ambassador met with Shri Dr. Sridhar Babu, Minister of Information, Technology, Electronics and Communications. In their exchange, both parties highlighted opportunities for collaboration in sectors such as ICT, Education, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture, Tourism, and Sports, among others.

Accompanied by First Secretary Maiky Diaz Perez, the Ambassador held meetings with organizations and companies in these sectors of interest, exploring opportunities for collaboration with Cuba.

India sends donation to Cuba after impact of Hurricane Melissa in the easter region of the country.

New Delhi, November 4, 2025- India’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. S. Jaishankar, announced the dispatch of 20 tons of humanitarian aid to Cuba following Hurricane Melissa in the eastern part of the country. 

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, thanked for the gesture on behalf of the government and people of Cuba. The donation, which will arrive in Cuba in the next few days, is an expression of the close ties of cooperation between both countries and India’s commitment to the countries of the Global South.

Social Movenments and Left-Wind forces in India, Nepal y Bangladesh condemns the blockade towards Cuban people imposed by the US Government

New Delhi, October 29th 2025.- Once more time, international community rejected the criminal blockade imposed by the US Government to the Cuban people. Many social movenments and left-wind forces condemned the Blockade and demanded the end of this injust policy. The International League of Socialist Youth World, the All Indian Foward Block, Workers Party of Bangladesh, The National Committee of Solidarity with Cuba and The Comunist Party of India published statements  expressing solidarity and supporting the Cuban people.
