Cuba participates in Latin American Carnival held in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in India participated in the 1st Edition of the Latin American Carnival 2024 held in Dhaka, capital of Bangladesh, organized by the Bangladesh Travel Writers Association with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this country.

Cuba was present at the 12th Global Journalism Festival in Noida, India.

The documentary "Fidel: The Untold Story" was screened at the 12th edition of the Global Journalism Festival held at Marwah Studios in the city of Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The event was organized by the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), the International Center for Journalism and Marwah Film and Television Studios. At the presentation were present the Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Cuban Embassy in India, Abel Aballe Despaigne; and Sandeep Marwah, director of the Institution and president of Noida Film City.

Cuba presents business opportunities in tourism

The PHD-CCI Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized an interactive session in New Delhi with Elizabeth Cristina Vela Jaime, Tourism Counsellor for the Asia-Pacific market, who is visiting India. She was accompanied by the Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Cuba, Abel Aballe Despaigne.

India-Cuba Dialogue held in the state of Kerala

The Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in India, Abel Aballe Despaigne, presided over the Cuba-India Dialogue 2024, organized by the Indian Economic Trade Organization (IETO) and the Cuba Business Bureau in Kerala. From the Indian side, K G Anil Kumar, IETO Trade Commissioner for Cuba Business in Kerala; Wali Kashvi, IETO Vice President; as well as representatives from the tourism, manufacturing and food industries were present.
