ISCUF ratifies solidarity with Cuba.
Chennai, February 23th, 2026 - The city of Chennai in the state of Tamil Nadu hosted the 24th National Conference of the Indian Society for Cultural Cooperation and Friendship (ISCUF).
With the ideas of humanism and independence of the Commander-in-Chief, Fidel Castro, the solidarity friends of Cuba gathered at this meeting expressed their deep condemnation of the most recent US aggressions against our heroic people.
Cuba participates in IA Global Summit in New Delhi
February 20, 2026, New Delhi - A Cuban delegation led by Cuba’s Communications Minister, Mayra Arevich Marín, is participating in the Artificial Intelligence World Summit, AI Global Summit. During the event, one of the most notable welcomed in India about the impact of Artificial Intelligence on new technologies and their equitable and responsible use, the Minister of Communications of Cuba denounced the economic blockade, commercial and financial imposed by the United States as the main obstacle to the digital and technological development of the country.
Ambassador of Cuba, H.E. Juan Carlos Marsán, presents Letters of Credence accrediting him as Concurrent Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bhutan.
New Delhi, February 17th, 2026- From 12 to 14 February 2026, Ambassador Juan Carlos Marsan paid a visit to the Kingdom of Bhutan, during which he presented to His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck the letters accrediting him as Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba.

Kerala, February 17th 2026- Cuba was present at the inauguration of the International Conference on Development and Democracy. Along with H. E. Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, Chief Minister of Kerala, honourables Ministers and high representatives, Cuban delegation represented by Ms. Aymee Díaz Negrín, Coordinator of Global South team of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, was present at the opening ceremony of the International Conference of Development and Democracy Kerala Vision 2031.
