New Delhi, June 9, 2026- The Ambassador of Cuba to India, H.E. Juan Carlos Marsán Aguilera, participated in the launch of IPHEX 2026. The Minister of Commerce Mr. Priyush Goyal launched IPHEX, the largest trade fair and expo of inputs, equipment and pharmaceutical products in India, which will take place from September 7 to 9. As part of the Bharat 2030 strategic vision, the pharmaceutical sector, recognized as the "world's pharmacy" for its large production capacities and accessibility, seeks to expand international cooperation.
UN High Commissioner Urges End to U.S. Coercive Measures Against Cuba
Geneva, June 8, 2026.- The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, on Monday urged the immediate lifting of the sanctions imposed by the United States against Cuba, warning that their expansion is causing serious humanitarian consequences and endangering the lives of the Cuban people.

Geneva, 1 June 2026. – In the framework of the organizational meeting of the 62nd regular session of the Human Rights Council, Cuba warned of the growing threat of military aggression by the United States government, which would constitute a flagrant violation of the UN Charter, International Law and the human rights of the Cuban people.
