Good morning!
First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic,
Fellow President of the National Assembly of People’s Power,
Fellow prime minister,
Statement of The Network of Intellectuals, Artists and Social Movements in Defense of Humanity (REDH)
The Network of Intellectuals, Artists and Social Movements in Defense of Humanity (REDH) denounces recent military threats by Donald Trump’s administration against Cuba, as well as new sanctions that deepen the imperialist blockade. While humanity calls for peace, cooperation and respect for international law, the Trumpista administration responds with the logic of state terrorism: the reinforcement of the criminal economic, commercial and financial blockade, and the pursuit of any financial transaction that dares to approach the island.
